Hunter's Hill Quilt Show

Next weekend (30th May - 1st June) is the Hunter's Hill Quilters Show and I will be putting one of my quilts in the exhibition. The two quilts here are the raffle quilts and members have to sell raffle tickets. The tickets are $2 ea or 3 for $5, so if anyone would like some, let me know. 100% of the show proceeds go to the charity Redkite which is a charity that supports children through cancer.

P.S. In typical Taylor style, I'm still quilting my quilt (there is only 9 days to go!!!!!). When it is done I'll upload a photo of the finished product.

Oh what fun!

Lewis had an absolute ball in the bath tonight. The moment he got in the water his little legs were kicking and his fists were pounding the water. You couldn't wipe the smile from his mouth, it was so cute!

Just mucking around

I've just discovered this. Very raw, but I'm just testing the water.

Cross Country

Yesterday was the school Cross Country Carnival. Daniel ran 2000m and came 9th place (1st reserve for zone). Oliver ran 1000m and came 10th place.
Wayne took an annual leave day from work and helped out. He was setting up the course at 0730, then geeing all the kids up at the start line, then he helped pack up. Job well done Wayne.
Lewis was in for a big morning, then decided a nap was better use of his time.

This is actually a test because I am using a different camera. Can you tell the difference?
